Once logged in, you can add record. When doing so, make sure you pick the correct "Type". The first block (shadded) is mandatory. Also you should fill in some words for key words (important -- use ; to separate key words). I also suggest to upload files for papers and talks you have written. The file can be any format -- pdf, doc, etc. Please name your file name starting with your last name then the type and then the informative name. E.g. Bao_talk_model1.ppt; Bao_paper_somestuff.doc. All information can be modified later so don't worry if the information is not complete or there may be some errors. But I wish to have this getting started. All grad students and postdocs, please fill in your last year's work (i.e. last summer meeting to this winter meeting) including all your talks/posters (use type presentation), papers (journal article or preceeding), seminars, and invited talks by April 01 !!! If a paper is not published yet, put "in review" or "accepted" as the volume. The field "publication" should contain the full name of the journal. The field "page" is like 44-65. Put "OSU PERG" in the Corporate Author if the paper is writen by one of us. This will help us sort stuff later -- we will eventually make it a general liturature database.
